Outlook 2007 Rules Problem

I receive copies of surveys that are sent to our clients. They come in from
the surveyed customer's email address, and so are added to my junk email box
about 50% of the time. I have added rules to process them into specific
folders based on the client the survey is for, but the rules don't work. I
suspect this is because the messages are going into my junk folder. Is there
a way around this?

As you've surmised, the Junk E-mail filter runs before the rules engine so any
message deemed junk will not be acted upon by rules. Add the senders to your
Safe Senders list and the Junk E-mail filter will disregard them.
