Outlook 2007 - RSS new feed notification?

How can I set Outlook 2007 to display some notifications like a 'new
mail' icon on the notification area or the msn-messenger-like sliding
popup or even a sound when a new feed is arrived? I tried to find
options myself but failed. It seems there's virtually no option for RSS
on the options dialog.

Why not use a Rules Wizard rule?

Really? Wow nothing can be perfect. I just wonder why Outlook
developers didn't add this functionality. Obviously there would be many
people who want this.

RSS feeds are new to Outlook. It takes a couple of versions to get it completely right for everyone since only a small subset of people actually test the beta versions and give feedback. I am sure if there had been an outcry for this feature early in the beta, it might have been added. As it stands now, use rules.
