Outlook 2007 - recurrance 2nd and 4th Monday...

Every new edition of Outlook I'm just SURE MS will have tackled this. If it
can be done I would love to know now. I want to set a recurring reminder for
example on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month. It's not every 2 weeks,
some months there is an 'extra' week. Is there a way to do this?

You will need to set up two reminders AFAICS - one recurring monthly on the
second Monday and one recurring monthly on the fourth Monday.
