5th week recurrence

Can I schedule a recurrence for every 5th Monday of the month?
Also, can I schedule a meeting for every Monday EXCEPT the 2nd Monday of
each month?

There's no recurrence for the 5th week (only the last week which can be the
fourth or fifth) and I don't think a single recurrence can skip a week.
You'd have to create appointments for the 1st, 3rd, 4th & last Monday

Unfortunately, if I create appointments for the 4th Monday and the Last
Monday, I end up with duplicates in every month that only has four Mondays!
Any other ideas?

None are coming to me at the moment but I'll ponder the issue. At worst
you'd then have to create manual appointments for the 5th Monday if you
eliminate the 'last' recurrence.
