Can I change Outlook 2007 .pst files, I believe this file contains all the e
mails, calenders, contacts, over to another computer on the network. I am
trying to put all the data files in one location so the backing up becomes
eash. Anyone out there to help please

Yes, you can move the PST file to another computer if you want to. But you
don't want to locate your default PST file on a different machine from where
Outlook runs - in other words you don't want to try and access the PST file
across the network. It may work for a while, even a long while, but PST
files can get very unhappy with network latency issues.

If you really just want a single location for PST files to simplify backups
why not have a batch file that copies your PST file across the network to
the other location and the backup can back them up there.
