Outlook 2007 - Problem with times

I have strange phenomenon with my outlook 2007.
When I want to make an appointment, there is a different in times when the
appointment is close or open.
For example, when the meeting is close it is 10:00-11:00 but when I open it,
I see
11:00-12:00.
I am using Vista RC1 and Office 2007 B2TR.

Is this for all appointments?
What account type do you use?
Could it be that you have already received an update for that appointment?
