Outlook 2007 on Win7

I installed Outlook 2007 on Win7 per my CEO, brave huh...?
When she opens an email, the email duplicates itself in the Inbox.
When she re-sorts(like received time), the dup goes away.
She does have 1.2 GB OST file. Do you think this is causing the problem or
something else...?

Any 3rd party things installed that index, scan, sync, .etc Outlook data?
 
I used the video drivers that came with the Windows 7 install.
I will install the OEM driver tomorrow morning and report in.

clean upgrade. Yuck with an upgrade.

I'd try a new profile first. You don't need to delete the old one - just
make a new one and see if the problem goes away.
