Outlook 2007 on Vista no index of subfolders

Hi,

i'm running Outlook 2007 (exchange 2003 account) final on Vista
business and i have activated the Search for my Inbox and public
folders.
but the search in outlook only works for inbox and sent items and
public folders.
BUT NOT for subfolders of Inbox!

Funny: even google desktop search does only show inbox and sent items!

any ideas??

UPDATE:
if mails are moved manually from inbox to subfolder, they are in
index, but if there is a rule (most of my mails) to move them, they
are not indexed...
