Outlook 2007 Not Working

When I start the program a window pops up and says there is a problem, then
it tries to fix it, says it can't, and shuts down. Anyone else experience
this or know what to do?
 
I had something similar. Created a new profile and that took care of it.
 
That would be great except I can choose no option. Window pops up; it shuts
down.
