Outlook 2007 new email inbox

I have set up a new email account but are unable to receive messages. AT&T
said it was an Outlook 2007 setting that needs to be changed. When I hit
send/recieve the "Enter network password" dialog box comes up. When I press
ok it keeps coming up.

What changes do I need to make in Outlook?

Have you actually tried ENTERING the password?
