Outlook 2007 Mailbox closing correctly

Outlook 2007 Mailbox we have a user that closes his mailbox normally by clicking the "x". The next time he logs in to outlook 2007 the message: "Your mail box didn't close correctly". Then outlook 2007 spend sometime rebuilding the box.


Has anyone ran into this problem or know a fix?
