Outlook 2007 Macro Menu Grayed Out

Windows XP SP2
Outlook 2007 (from Office Ultimate)

I open Outlook, and Tools > Macro is greyed out.
I open a message from my Inbox, and the Code portion on the Developer
ribbon is all grayed out.
Tools > Trust Center > Add-ins shows Microsoft VBA for Outlook Addin
underndeath the Inactive Applications Add-in, and when I select it and
click the Go button, it is checked with Load on Demand (Not currently
loaded)

How do I run a macro? How do I load my VBA code?

What's your setting on the Trust Center's macro security page?

Hi again Sue.

I just noticed a post of yours from May 2005 regarding the same
problem I have except it was with Outlook 2003. You said: "You can
also rerun Outlook setup to see whether the VBA components (they'll be
under Office, not Outlook) were installed."

I'm sorry I did not notice that post yesterday. I re-ran the Office
2007 installation and selected VBA for Applications even though it
indicated it was already installed. It went through the configuration
and it fixed my problem.

Thank you very much.
