outlook 2007 issues MIGRATING FROM 2003

Help.. Had Office 2003 wtih outlook on the computer.. Installed Office
Professional 2007 .. Opened Outlook and it keeps hanging on trying to migrate
from 2003.. I ten uninstalled Office 2003 & Outlook and keep getting the same
problem.
 
You should never attempt to upgrade an Outlook installation. You must
install Outlook clean.
1. Back up your data
2. Uninstall all versions of Outlook completely.
3. Install Outlook 2007.
4. Create a brand new Outlook profile form scratch (do not use the default
profile Outlook creates).
5. Migrate your data to the new Outlook profile you created.
 
Your luck has run out. Upgrades have become more problematic with each
version and have always required a new profile at the very least.
