Performance of this BETA isn't indicative for the final product. This starts
with RC1.

I agree. I've done everything I can to try to find the culprit, but after I
hit send and receive, it grabs the messages, but takes at least 5-10 seconds
to actually post them into the Inbox. I'd go back to 2003, but 2007 is tons
better for the Tablet PC user.

How big is your PST? When have you defragmented your harddrive the last
time?

About 600MB.

And about an hour ago :).

Again, 2003 doesn't seem to have this problem, but in 2007, getting mail and
moving mail to other folders makes my HD run continuously for 15-20 seconds
and is extremely slow.

Thanks,

Sounds like 2007 beta. I don't think there is much you can do about it.
Quite a few people seem to have the same issue.
2007 is still a beta version, so performance issues are to be expected
and beta performance cannot compared with a release version.
