Outlook 2007 - HTML radio buttons, submit buttons, text fields...

I have been sending an html email to a few people in our company for a few
months now. In Outlook 2003, the text fields and buttons appeared in the
email and interacted correctly (as long as it wasn't in the Preview window).
In 2007 beta 2, all controls are missing (text fields, radio buttons, submit
buttons).

I view source and notice they are indeed in the source. I tried looking
through Options to see if I had a configuration blocking the html controls,
but couldn't find anything helpful.

Thank you in advance for any help.

This is normal behavior for Outlook 2007 and can't be changed. These articles explain the behavior:

Users who need to see <form> elements in an HTML message will have to open the message and use the View in Browser command.

Form controls are not supported by Outlook 2007 for security reasons.
