Outlook 2007 get rid of unknown auto suggest names

Some time ago I received an email which contained a lot of unknown [to me]
names and email addresses. Now when I send emails and type in a name, many of
those 'unknowns' appear in the auto suggest window. They don't show up in my
address book so how can I get rid of them. I want to keep using auto suggest
so cancelling that feature is not an option.

When list with names pops up select the offending name with your arrow keys
and press Delete.

Remove individual addresses from the autocompletion cache by highlighting
the entry when presented in the suggested names list (use your arrow key to
migrate to the entry) and then hitting your Delete key before you tab out of
the field. To clear the entire cache, follow the instructions here:
