Outlook 2007 font shrinks on fowarding messages

I have a user running Outlook 2007. Whenever he tries to foward an email
message, the font shrinks, and it is hard for him to read the original
message. I'm running Outlook 2007 as well, and have not had this problem.
The Outlook font settings are configured the same on both of our computers.
Any suggestions?

To what does he have his magnification option in Word set?
