Shrinking font sizes in email replies

I have a strange issue with only one person (as far as I know) that when they
send me an email message and I reply and the thread goes back and forth, the
font size keeps shrinking with each consecutive reply. I would like to stop
this from happening and keep all of the original sent font sizes in the
thread, but I can't figure out exactly where or how this is happening, his
end or my end.

I get emails and replies from others and this strange shrinking font problem
doesn't occur, so I am not convinced the problem is at my end. I am using
HTML (as is my problem contact) as my sending configuration, fyi.

JZ- Did you ever figure out this problem? I am having the same problem as
