Outlook 2007 file transfer

I have a replacement computer that I would like to load my previous outlook
2007 e-mails and contacts onto. How should I do this?

Assuming you are using a POP3 account; copy over your pst-file and reconnect
it to Outlook via;
File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...
