Hi brain trust. I need your help.
I'm running Outlook 2007 with Vista.
I suspect these problems are related. I am unable to delete certain
messages out of my inbox. They appear to be messages with a large number of
recipients. I get an error message stating "The Folder is Full". I've seen
this discussed here before, but not sure there was a solution posted.
The other problem is that my archiving will not work properly. It starts,
moves a few messages, then stops leaving thousands of archiavable messages in
the various folders, unarchived. There should be no problem with the dates.
I get an error message stating "Error While Archiving" and there is a report
that appears in my Deleted Items folder. The report just says "Error While
Archiving folder X in store "Personal Folders"
There appear to be two data files of the following names and sizes that are
being used by the system.
Outlook 3.11 Gigabytes
Outlook1 600 Megabytes
I've tried to compact the files, doesn't seem to do much. I've run the
Office Diagnoistics and that found no errors.
Any ideas please?
