Outlook 2007 failed to install Beta 2 technical refresh update

I am now running Vista RC 1 with Office 2007 Pro- Plus.They say to install
the Beta 2 refresh update.My Outlook e-mail program has been running really
wierd.So I downloaded and saved it to disk.And the first time I downloaded
it, I ran it and still it doesnt update.I run my diagnostics program and it
says that "The Beta installation is out of date."
How do I make this Refresh update install? Would appreicate any help.

I am glad to say that I solved the problem with the help of Patrick
Schmid.Everthing works fine and have been enjoying Outllok 2007 with the
Technical Refresh.Thank You
