Outlook 2007 errors upon launch.

I am seeing the following errors in my outlook 2007 when it is launched.
I am not worried about loosing mail, I can recover that..
The error says, Cannot open your default email folder. Errors have been
detected in C:\....Outlook.pst. Quit Outlook and run scanpst.exe
I have done a search on the laptop for scanpst.exe and am not finding it. Is
there a place I can download it from?

The PST is actually on your laptop but is a hidden file. Go into Windows
Explorer and unhide all hidden files and folders and search again.

Note: you may have to run scanpst repeatedly.
