Outlook 2007 Error Message

I am getting the following error message:

"Cannot open the item for this reminder-Cannot locate the recurrence
information for this appointment."

What is causing this?
 
Generally means missing or corrupted item. Try starting Outlook 1 time with
the /cleanreminders command line switch.

How to:
Start > Run
Type: outlook.exe /cleanreminders
OK button
