How do I eliminate Outlook reminder error messages?

Every time I open Outlook 2003...I receive the following error message:

"There was a problem reading one or more of your reminders. Some reminders
may not appear. Cannot locate recurrence information for this appointment."

Help!

Try starting Outlook once with the /CleanReminders switch. If you need help
