Outlook 2007 E-Mail Link Problem

Hi.

1st I had this problem that I coudn't start Outllook with the error message
saying that msvcr80.dll couldn't be found.
I had to disable one add on to fix this and I thought everything was going
smooth until I clicked an e-mail link in a web page.
Usually then the an e-mail message window opens were one can write an e-mail
and send it.
Now I'm getting the MSVCR80.DLL error message there and I disabled all the
add ons but still the same error.
Does anyone of you guys got an idea how I can fix this so I finaly could use
Office Outlook 2007 with my Windows Vista Ultimate laptop.

Any help is very much appreciated.
