outlook 2007 does not send email

the above is the message I get when I try to send anyone any email. Since I
teach online MBA this is really messing me up. Things have worked fine for
years with Goldmine but Vista does not permit me to keep using Goldmine so I
have tried OUtlook 2007 business contact manager

What do I need to do?

Mail to everybody else works fine? Sounds like a server-side issue;
possibly DNS or authentication.
