Outlook 2007 crashed

been giving me trouble for about a week (keeping them in cyberspace for hours
before delivering them) and overall slow.
Now it just crashed. Won't open. and there is a listing in my programs
called "Close Outlook" that I don't recall ever seeing before.

Help please!!

Run Office Diagnostics. You can get to it thru the Office Button of the
other Office apps or through Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs.
