Outlook 2007 Contacts

When I receive new email into my inbox, the senders are added to my contacts
automatically. How can I disable this? Every morning when I download my email
this happens. Thank you.
 
Outlook does no such thing and never has.
Convince us it does and state what other software you are running that
might.
