Outlook 2007 -- contacts to address book greyed out

I cannot seem to get this to work and I have tried your solution

The outlook address service is listed but in properties the contacts to
address book box is greyed out. please help this is vey time consuming. Also
I transferred my computer files from one computer to another using Windows
easy transfer.

That's why then. WET doesn't work with Outlook.
Create a new mail profile in Control Panel-Mail, and in the same place, add
the existing pst file to your new profile. See if that cures it.
