Outlook 2007 Complete Backup

When I backup Win Mail, I set up a folder named with the date. To this
folder I save a copy of the Windows Mail Folder from User App Data Local
Microsoft Windows Mail. Then I go into my registry, and export copies of the
Identities, IAM, and Windows Mail registry keys to the same folder with the
date. When I have used this folder to do restores, or update my email on my
laptop, it restores everything: all emails, junk email lists, contacts,
email account settings, etc.

How can I backup Outlook to contain all of the same information for
restoring or for updating my laptop?

The documentation from the MS Outlook backup addin says, "Each .PST file
contains all of your Outlook folders, including the Inbox, Calendar, and
Contacts."

What about the blocked senders list? I use it differently than most folks
and it is very important to me. Is that also included in the .pst file?

I found the registry key for the .iaf files so I'm okay for that.
