Outlook 2007 - Changing Default Search

Is there a way to change the Outlook 2007 default search? Currently it
searches all parts of the email for a particular email folder. Can I change
this to only search the From field in the email header? I know that I can
add search criteria by clicking the >>, but is there a way to make it always
just search a specific field or set of fields instead of the entire email.
Too many results are being returned.

You can't change the default, but you can type in the name of a field you want to search on, e.g.:

from:[email protected]
