Outlook 2007 Category Dropdown Size

I have a lot of categories in Outlook 2007 and the "Categorize" dropdown
menu only shows about 15. Is there a setting in the registry or
somewhere else where I can expand this? I have the screen real estate
and want to use it.

If there isn't a way to expand this, I'd like to request this feature.

The Quick-Cats dialog allows to determine yourself the amount of last used
categories. Additionally, you can create further filtered lists of
categories. The dialog can display whenever an Outlook window becomes
active.
