Outlook 2007 cannot get color category

I have an IMAP account and it only allows me the use of the "red" flag. But
does no allow me to use the color categories. The section is not showing up
at all.

All of this is under the company's email accounts that I have linked up to
Outlook.

But in the "default" section, the color categories do show up -- so what am
I doing wrong?

You're doing nothing wrong, IMAP doesn't support categories.
