Outlook 2007 - cannot display tasklist

Hi,

When I click on tasklist in outlook 2007 it cannot display the map.
In the taskbar that is displayed alongside my contacts, agenda or emails
I can see the calendar and upcoming tasks, but the part where the
tasklist should be is empty.
It shows an empty rectangle with text like: operation failed cannot find
object (this is a translation from Dutch into English so the wording
might not exactly be the same).

When I start up OL2007 I also get a pop up tool tip from the Outlook
icon in thetray bar that there are errors and some reminders might not
be displayed.

I already tried fix the installation but no result.

I'm running:
XP professional SP2
Outlook 2007 SP1

Help will be appreciated

try starting outlook with the cleanreminders switch and then the cleanviews
switch.

Thanks for your response Diane.

It did not work unfortunately but I solved it another way.
I opened a new clean pst file, now the task list did so up.
The I copied all the emails, contacts etc. manually to the new PST file.
Then I removed the old PST file.

Thanks anyway for your effort.
