I'm running Vista home premium with Outlook 2007. Everything is up to date.
I've been running it since June. About 2 weeks ago, Outlook stopped receiving
my mail. I have three pop3 accounts. One from verizon, and two from my own
website. I've spoken with my hosting tech support and they say everything is
fine. Webmail works. When I hit send/receive it will send new messages and
update rss feeds, but times out when trying to connect to server. I set the
the time out period to 10 minutes, but no change. If I launch outlook after
about 11:30pm it will connect, but never during the day.

No error message? Surely there is a failure message. Post the entire
message, not just the numeric code.
