Outlook 2007 - Cannot access account settings

I have Outlook 2007 on a Windows XP machine. I have one email account set
up. I want to change the settings on the account. When I click on the
account and go to "change" the window pops up where I would change my
settings but everything is greyed out and I cannot change or click on
anything. I have tried rebooting but it still does the same thing.

Any suggestions?

Yes, it is activated. I type the settings in there myself so I know it was
available at one point. I'm not sure what would have locked them though.

I tried accessing the settings through the control panel. No luck there
either. It is still greyed out. I tried opening Outlook in Safe Mode too.
Same result.

Anybody else have any ideas on how to solve this? I still have not found a
solution.
