Hi SJMP,

Yes, the Calendar Printing Assistant for Outlook 2007 provides an easy way to print and customize Outlook 2007 calendar information. It puts
you in control of the tools you need and helps you plan and create designer-quality output.

However, based on my testing, we cannot set font size in the Calendar Printing Assistant for Outlook 2007 which is your main concern.

Regarding the issue "changing the font size in the page setup doesn't actually change the font size in Print Preview or Print Out, based on my
research, it is a known issue in Outlook 2007.

It is an improvement feature in Outlook 2007. When you change the font size as a large one such as 16 in Outlook 2003, part of the
appointment information may be invisible in the printout. In Outlook 2007, to prevent it, Outlook 2007 auto scale the font size so that all the
appointment information is visible in the printout. As a result, the font size may still be 8 pt.

To workaround it, I strongly recommend you to decrease the printed appointment period. Thus, it will make more the print area for each
appointment. And then, when you enlarge the font size, it will be enlarged in the printout. Following is the detail steps.
========================
1. In the calendar folder, click File > Print.
2. Choose Daily Style or Weekly Style. Click Print Setup.
3. In the Format tab, in 'print from:', choose 9:00AM. In 'print to:', choose 5:00PM.

Note: I suppose that your appointments are all in this period 9:00AM-5:00PM. If not, you can print the other time period appointments in
another printout. Such as you can print from 5:00PM to 23:00PM again so that you print out all the appointments.

4. Click Font to set the font as you want. For example, set it as "16 pt. Arial".
5. Click Print Preview. What is the result?

Hope the above information is helpful! If anything is unclear or if you have any other concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Regards,

Emily Lin

Re: My printing problem of the day/date (hourly) calendar is that the only
appointments that appear in "print preview" are recurring appointments made
prior to that date. Notes I have entered into the calendar or same-day
appointments dont print. Those same records also disappear when navagating
thru other Outlook features and requires a manipulation of the multiple-day
views tabs in the taskbar to recover those notes. I must be missing
something. Thank you.

Hi Chris,

You issue is different with the original one "calendar printing font issue". Please post it in a seperate post. Thanks for your understanding.

Personal suggestion:
*************************
It may be caused that you have customize views in the calendar folder.

In Outlook, click View > Current View > All appointments > print it > does all items print out?

If not, exit Outlook. Click Start > Run > type outlook /cleanviews, click OK to clean the customize views. Test the issue. If it doesn't work, run
"outlook /safe" to see if it works.
