Outlook 2007 Calendar Past Appointments Disappeared

Outlook 2007 (on Vista platform) no longer shows any past Calendar entries
beyond 2 weeks old, and running Office Diagnostics and Restoring to point 10
days ago has not restored my earlier calendar entries for the past year. What
happened to them, and how do I get them back on my Calendar?

Outlook does not delete any items on its own.

Do you perhaps have set it to AutoArchive?
Tools-> Options-> tab Other-> button AutoArchive...

If you sync Outlook with a mobile device, they can also be the blame of the
loss of appointments. Verify the settings of your mobile device and sync
application.

Which is normal behavior as these are no data recovery tools but
application/settings recovery/reset tools. Restoring from backup would be
the way to go to retrieve lost data.
