Outlook 2007 Calendar Automatic Forwarding loses its rules.

The calendar is set up to autmatically color meetings/appointments. The list
of rules will disappear and reappear throughout the day, and it's really
annoying. User is on Exchange Server 2007 (all her setting are located there
as well). I just turned off Cached Exchange Mode, as I figured that might be
a culprit. Has anyone else come across this?

is she changing views? the autoformatting rules are specific to a view.
