Make sure you've marked the additional Contacts folder as an Outlook Address
Book as well;
rightclick the Contacts folder-> Properties-> tab Outlook Address Book.

I have several different address books in my CONTACTS folder (using OL
2007).
When I attempt to access these books to insert a name or email address, the
similar window pops up as in OL2003; however, when I need to select and
address from any Address Book beyond the first TWO in my folder list, there
is no accessibility whatsoever. In other words, the drop-down menu only
offers the primary CONTACTS list and whichever secondary book I may choose
to
position in the folder line-up.
Any suggestions?

It should do this as well. If not your profile is corrupted and needs to
be
recreated. For details on doing this see;

Hi,
I had Outlook 2003 where when I typed in someones name it would autofill
but
now that I am on the beta of 2007, it does not do this. How do I get it
set
up so I do not have to remember everyone's email address.
Thank you,
Ryan
