Outlook 2007 BCM sync with Mobile 6

We use a shared database for BCM in Outlook 2007, and Business Contacts for
Pocket PC v2.0 to sync all the business contacts to Windows Mobile 6 phones.
The sync works fine but the phones no longer automatically search the
contacts so that incoming calls are not recognised and email addresses cannot
be picked up from within the Messaging application.

Have we made a mistake in the setup or does anyone know of a fix?

No, you're not doing anything wrong. The BCM for PocketPC application
stores data in a separate database from the Pocket Outlook database you're
used to. Get Companionlink or Pocket Mirror for $50 and they can synch BCM
contacts into the Pocket Outlook db.
