I have been using Outlook 2007 for approx 10 months and have had no problems
today I recieved an e-mail that should have had attachments but when I opened
in Outlook no attachments were there.
I had the e0mail resent to Hotmail and attachments came through, when I
forwarded to my Outlook address from Hotmail the attachments dissappeared can
anyone help?

Hi,

What is the nature of the attachments??
There are some security updates that were released by MS that block
attachments that it believes are malicious in nature or can potentially be
malicious, i.e. html files or exe or vbs files

Terry,
The atachments are word files and MS publisher files nothing too suspicious
in them

This worked for me

I've read on other threads that you can remove the Google Desktop COM-
Addin for Outlook. This doesn't help for me at all. What I found that
worked is that if you Disable Indexing for Google Desktop. Just goto
Control Panel -> Programs -> Uninstall Google Desktop and the Google
Desktop uninstaller will give you a menu that will alllow you to
Disable Indexing only.
