Outlook 2007 and Exchange

I've loaded outlook 2007 about an hour ago and it still cannot sync and
update my inbody from our exchange server. Anyone having the same problems?
Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere? I'm using cached exchange mode...

Thanks for your help.

Actually I upgraded from 2003, couldnt get it to work, uninstalled office,
and installed it fresh again. I then created a new email account through
control panel - mail. This is the one that does not work.

Should I try this differently?
