I have four email addresses used within outlook and of course one of them
is default. I have noticed recently that occasionally another email address
of mine is being used in reply when A I didn't change it and B not used in
reply to a recipient emailing to the non default address (hope that's
clear....)

Any thoughts?

Not quite clear--but replies always go through the acct used in the original
message. If Joe send you an email to a non default acct, the reply will go
through the same acct unless you manually change it.

There have been some reports lately that if for some reason Outlook fails to
send a message via the proper account, that it will try to send via another
account.
