outlook 2003

I have outlook 2003 installed on my win2000 OS
my question where can I find the BCC filed?
 
If Microsoft Outlook is your e-mail editor
On the View menu, click Bcc Field

If Microsoft Word is your e-mail editor
Click the arrow to the right of the Options button, and then click Bcc.
 
YEs my editor is MS Word but I can not find it under option tab
please can you give me the very clear steps
 
Click on File --> New --> Mail Message
u'll get a new window
In this window u'll see an "Options...." tab (*NOT* Tools--> options)
click the arrow next to it and click Bcc
