I am trying to copy a personal email folder to disc that I have in outlook. I cannot find the name of the folder on my harddrive, because I am not able to open the folder entitled Archive.pst. Please help.
try searching your machine for all files with the .pst
extension.
Also in the control panel, click Mail, then data files.
Outlook will display a list of all the data files and
their locations. You should be able to go to the
location with windows explorer and copy the file to your
disc.
