Randomly, when accessing the Personal Folders (.pst), I
receive this error message: "Unable to display the
folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the specified
folder location. The file (path to my .pst) could not be
accessed."

Yet my .pst folder is the only one out there and is the
one I used with Outlook 2002. This problem only occurs
occasionally but enough to be aggravating. If I close
Outlook and re-open Outlook, the problem is gone until it
occurs the next time.

Is your PST on a network drive?
