I just upgraded to Outlook 2003 from v.2000. I tried to
send a message that was too large for my ISP and received
an error. The error message read - 'Task (my email
account)- Sending' Reported error'(0x800CCC6D): 'Your
outgoing (SMTP)email server has reported an internal
error. If you continue to receive this message, contact
your server administrator or internet service provider.
(The server responded: 552 message exceeds maximum fixed
size (10485760)' - I cannot delete the message from my
outbox and it inhibits sending other mail. When I click
on it it opens up an alert "cant open this item. Outlook
has already begun transmitting this item." My company
uses Microsoft bCentral hosting, I cannot find anything
within my Adminstrative tools to interupt or delete the
message, can you please help...

File>Work Offline. Wait a moment. Delete the message. Or disable
send/receive, stop and restart Outlook. Delete the message.
