outlook 2003

I'm using Outlook 2003 Professional Edition with Windows
XP Professional. I access Hotmail and cox cable webmail
from Outlook. In both mailboxes, I will empty the
junkmail folder, open another folder, then, when I go
back to junkmail, all the mail I deleted is back again.
Also, when I click on the menu option to empty the
deleted items folder, I usually, but not always, get a
message which says the server does not support this
action. Can anyone help me with these problems? Thanks.
PS, I asked these questions yesterday but nobody
answered. I hope I have better luck this time.
 
Try creating a new mail profile (Control Panel | Mail | Show Profiles).
