Outlook 2003

Whay does Outlook 2003 do the following when I'm sending
out an invitions to the users? This there a way to fix
this issue?

Outlook 2000 (and possibly older versions -- not sure) can't handle
vCalendar/iCalendar items sent from Outlook 2002 and later if there is a
reminder set on the item. Try removing the reminder and resending the
calendar item -- see if that works better.
